When Katrina was 11, she attended a “meet the instrument night,” fell in love with the cello and hasn’t stopped playing it since. She is currently a sophomore at the University of Idaho, studying cello performance with Dr. Miranda Wilson. When she’s not making music, Katrina trades her bow for a backpack and heads for the mountains.
